Most of my project successes—and failures—are attributable to my clarity (or lack thereof) regarding a project’s objectives and how well these objectives overlap with my purpose.
With this in mind, my personal theme for 2022 is clarity: clarity of purpose, clarity of goals, and clarity of tasks.
