For most people, most of the time, digital technology is unhealthy.

By most people, I mean 95% of adults.   If I meant children, it would be 99%.

By most of the time, I mean 99%.

By digital technology, I mean 1.0 technology – which includes TV,  2.0 technology – which includes social media, and 3.0 technology – which includes big data and artificial intelligence.

By health, I mean mental, physical, and spiritual.

Our society has become dominated by consumerism, and technology is generally directed towards increasing our consumerism.

And these technologies, most of the time, have opportunity costs, including physical movement, face to face social interaction, and reflective spiritual engagement.

If we recognize this, then we have a slim chance of being some of the people, some of the time, more of the time.
