I don’t feel very positive about my life over the next 50 years. (I will most certainly be dead!)
I don’t feel at all positive about the stability of human society over the next 100 years. (Global warming, autocracy, nuclear war, and water for starters.)
I feel generally positive about the Planet Earth over the next 5 million years. (It will still be spinning.)
I feel (nearly) infinitely positive about The Universe over the next 5 billion years. (It will still exist in all of its wonder.)
