If you want to know if your healthcare organization “gets” how to do physician recruiting online, here’s a way to assess them in less than five minutes.

Go to your organization’s website career landing page and check to see how many physician jobs are listed.

Then go to your organization’s LinkedIn page and see how many physician jobs are listed there.

Do they match? Are they even close?

Probably not.

This is a shame, because to not use one of the top AI companies in the world such as LinkedIn (aka Microsoft) to help direct potential physicians (aka one-million-dollar/year revenue generators)—all at a marginal cost—towards your organization is simply sloppy.

(Bonus: While you’re checking your employer’s platform, check to see how they define “physician.” Hint: licensed social workers, hand physical therapists, audiologists, and psychologists are not physicians!)
